Is it a bad EGR or a bad injector? Help me diagnose?

06 F250 PSD 80K on the odometer.

Hard starts every morning. CHUG CHUG pause CHUG CHUG pause.
Will puff out some white smoke.
Truck doesn't want to go up the driveway when cold. It'll shake as to say NO STOP I DON'T WANT TO!

Once it's warmed up, it's all good.

On the freeway 45 to 70 it feels like it's not running on all cylinders. I can almost feel a knock or like something is out of balance. I kind of thought it was the tires but it's not. It feels like something isn't ... balanced. That's the only way to explain it.

Mileage went from 19-20 to 17-18 same driving habits, same weights.

Once the truck is warmed up it runs fine. All the power I need, no issues. Just drove it 3500 miles this week without any issues.

Once it's been started in the morning, it wont act up again till the next morning. If it sits 4 or 5 hours it's not as dramatic of a cold start as in the morning.

What does this sound like to you?
EGR
Injector
Other

Please chime in and let me know what ya think

RevX? That stuff is expensive! Not to mention it looks like a scam. It just doesn't seem legit.

LOL, it works. Can't discredit the results so many have posted on this, and just about every other forum.
If you think 40 bucks a bottle is expensive, try a new set of injectors.

If you suspect your EGR cooler has failed, there is an easy test that will tell you.
Park your truck on an good incline, nose down. Remove the EGR valve and let it sit like this over night. In the morning, check the bottom of the hole. If you see moisture, your egr cooler has failed.

LOL it is cheaper then injectors. I seen that stuff online before and it just looks fake.

In the few minutes I had before our posts I did a search in the forums and people swear by it. I am going to order it Friday once I get paid.

Crank case or fuel tank?

Rev-X is no scam. It's the only snake oil I have used that actually does what it says. There is a dyno posted by Bill from PHP over on the Nation that shows before and after Rev-X and there is an improvement in hp and tq across the board after putting the Rev-X in. It not only works, it works fast.

I would check your FICM voltage while you are at it.

I hate to be a pain in the *** but after 80K miles you'd think I'd know what a FICM voltage is.

How do I check it? Can the SCT do it?

The FICM is that aluminum box on the drivers side valve cover. On it you will see a little cover held on by 2 screws. Open that up. Then follow the directions that are found HERE.
You will need a multi-meter
