Check your fuel filters or change them with Motorcraft or Racor filters only. Check your FICM voltage. Check your ICP and IPR duty cycle. If they are all good try some Rev-X in your oil.

Weird surging or bucking at idle can be a problem with the high pressure oil system.. ICP sensor usually, maybe the wiring to the sensor.

Mine will do the same surge at idle every once in a while after getting off the interstate. Seems like it just dont like to stay at one speed with the cruise set for over 50 miles, cause when I slow down to exit, it will be surging. I can throw it up in neutral and rev it a couple times and it will clear up and idle normal. After that, I can drive stop and go traffic all day with no problem. Just coming out of long drive on cruise on will cause it.

Is this about what yours does or does yours do it during stop and go driving?

dirty egr valve will do that. So will a clogged IPR screen.

Yes I was about a mile after I got off interstate. Cruising 65 to 70 mph . And I cleaned my egr valve and put new o rings on about 6 months ago or so ??? Could a bad injector o ring cause this as well
