upgrade questions

Ok so I have an 05 f-350 crew cab short box with 200,000kms on it and I am the second owner.I have a daily driver to work and back so my truck stays home during the week.I use it to pull my 24' travel trailer for camping and fishing with my boys.It has a 6" lift with 35's on it.
I am looking at what upgrades I can do to it first to fit my needs...The guy here at BD Diesel said to get the EGR delete add a 4" exhaust and a tuner and it should be bullet proof because there has not been any issues yet with the motor(head studs)
Just wondering if that was the way to go or should i skip the EGR and do the rest or something totally different....I want to keep the truck for a few years still but would like more power to go up our passes here in B.C.
I am not to concerned about fuel mileage as I don't drive it everyday..

Thanks Troy

Getting a gauge/monitor system first would be your best investment. You need to find out how heathy your motor is.

Your decision on what to do would depend on the gauges/monitor. If your ECT/EOT delta is out of wack, you might as well replace the oil cooler if they are going to do the EGR cooler delete, and while it's apart you can update the STC fitting along with other parts.
