ICP Pressure issue

ok I just notice today I have a ICP pressure issue, I have felt for a couple weeks my top end is flat or dead. the truck starts fine like it always has and milage is around 17mpgs. But it now only builds to 1700psi or there abouts. could this be a ICP reg issue icp sensor issue, and or the snap to connect fitting. This might be one for the ford garage

ok this is weird and maybe someone can explain. I return my truck to stock ( had the innovative xtreme street tune in) and now I am seeing around 3900psi again. would the tune limit the injector pressure that much. or was a hair crossways?

Ok so I install the innovative xtreme street tune again and took it for a run and back to the max ICP pressure of 1700psi. so I have to ask this question is this normal for this tune for those that run it? and why if the truck can make this much power with this low pressure does the factory need 4000psi to make much less power. ????? I know injector timing and other factors come into it but a updated factory tune would have saved alot of STC fittings.

Thats my plan tomorrow..... but this all started before I had it narrowed down to the tune.... and I have to say putting how the truck runs is good given the weight. I tend to judge everything against my 93 mustang that I use to have years back and my several years of racing a unlimited superbike in Wera and CCS.

There was a thread about this recently try searching for "hpop guage install" or something of that sort. I too only see about 1500-1600 PSI max when my extreme race/street is installed and then when I flash back to stock it show around 3800+/- PSI max. It came down to (don't quote me) something like the tune tricking the computer into seeing lower icp pressure so that the pulse width could be changed to increase power. Either way its perfectly normal to get a low icp psi reading with extreme race/street installed.

That was in the back of my mind that some sort of FM was going on. As long as it's normal ok, just caught me off guard.
