i found these bulbs in truck

i was flushing the green coolant out of my truck today and i noticed that the parklights and tail light has these bulbs in them does anybody know what these is ? . i bought the truck used so idk nuttin about it ???

Strobe lights ....coulda been a police or dot truck.

ok. all i know is that it was leased since new till who ever sold it to dealership. but r the strobes suppose to have some kind of box that it hooks into. cuz the ones that go to tail lights they just laying behind the back seat and i havent traced the front ones down but i dont see anywhere they hook up to power or switch

The controller was probably mounted behind the back seat, I wonder why they would take the controller but not the strobes.

good question but i havent a clue . soooooo basically i have bulbs and no way to use them ? i mite as whell take them out and throw them away . if no box then they r no good

r the boxes universal ? mine has white connector 3 wire black,white,red. and this is hijacking my own thread but r they any way to find out more detail about the my truck b4 i bought it ?

You can get a OASIS on it, will tell you all the work at a dealer that has been done on it.

If you're not going to use strobes you might as well throw them out, or find what brand they are and sell them in case someone elses strobe head went out. Then again who knows if yours works.

yea idk if they work or no and i cnt find a name on them anywhere so idk yet i will try to to do more research on the strobes and see what i can find out about them . and as far as the report i will look into them aswhell . thanks guys
