How do I: high idle
How do I make the truck go into high idle or can you? I have left the truck running awhile a few times and it did it by it self is there a way to force high idle?

I have a '06 superduty with the 6.0L PSD. Thanks for the links I was able to get everything hooked up in about two hours. The only reason it took that long is I also cleaned up some wiring under the dash form some aftermarket stuff and a bit of vandalism when the truck was stolen last year.
