Coolant flush question

Would it be alright to leave distilled water only in the system over night?

I would like my Sunday to be free so I was thinking I could do the flushing Friday after work, ending on the last distilled water run. Then Saturday morning I could drive over to my work area, drain, and start my OC R&R/EGR delete/Turbo reconditioning/ELC switch. Only thing I'm not sure of is if distilled water only over night would cause much if any corrosion or other problems I can't think of.

Thanks in advance.

Nope.
Rust scale will start to form and you would need to flush that out. Once you start the flush, keep going until you are 100% done.
