oil question.

Anyone know if any problems arise from using lucas oil in a 6.0? Also I was told by a ford diesel tech to stay away from rottella t. Anyone ever heard this?

The "Stay away from Rotella" warning has been proven to be wrong. Rotella T6 is one of the best oils for a 6.0L.

I would be worried about the injectors w/ the Lucas oil!

That was specifically the 15w40 Rotella T. The Rotella T6 5w40 works great with the 6.0.

Even the Rotella 15W40 works fine in the 6.0L - just need to be careful of stiction with it if you want to go past 5k miles or if you use it in cold climates.
