High Mileage 6.0 club (over 200K)

Whos got what? Like to know the mileage, what have you all replaced, and what add ons (if any) you have done, and your maintenance schedule in general.

Lets try to keep this clean, and just stone cold facts.

I got 170k on mine....runs like a champ.

I have 178,000 on my 03

263,000 miles and right at 6,500 hours. I've only put about 25,000 of those on it myself.

All maint records for truck were included when I bought it. Oil changed at 5k, fuel filters every other. All other fluids changed at proper intervals.

I've replaced two injectors and put an EGR delete on it.

147,000 on our 04. Clean Oasis, but doing BPD Oil Kit and EGR delete.. Have removed converters and mufflers etc.

Love the truck.

192k on mine runs great, havnt got an oasis but if it did have problems been fixed now. Steering is tight and i run the sh*t out of it everyday

I took one to 175k had it since new and I miss the truck actually. If I new my dad was selling it I would have taken that over my 7.3 not a single issue at all.

265,xxx at the moment. I've personally put on about 130,xxx of those myself. Right after I bought it had to do studs, head gaskets and EGR delete. Then the turbo cracked and had to be replaced. Other than those items, no major problems. Just regular maintenance and drive it like you stole it!

165k on mine, oil every 5k fuel filters every 10k. full egr delete, BPD oil cooler and BPD oil by pass. Studded, fire ringed heads, powermax turbo, afe intake,SCT w/ custom tunes, built trans,airdog2 165, NCHornets CCV mod, Zoodad Mod, Im shure there is something Im missing
