Changing out my Egr cooler
So this weekend or next I will be changing out my oil and egr cooler. I bought the Sinister setup for this. Have a couple questions.
Should I flush my coolant before or after I change everything out? Could someone recommend a good replacement coolant and a place to buy it? Do I need any special tools for the job? Any last minute pointers? Thanks for any and all help guys. |

Definetly flush "BEFORE" you change the cooler.I am sure others will chime in to say the same.I just did mine last weekend,,but my advice is take your time and be patient.I dont feel it is that hard, make sure you dont leave any open inlets etc.. to the engine.

So are you upgrading the egr cooler or deleting? Stock oil cooler?

Upgrading the cooler. Not sure about the oil cooler. It is the one that came in Sinisters package deal.
