What should I monitor?

I have a Edge Insight CS and always before I monitored EOT, ECT, TFT and battery voltage. I updated it this morning with the newest and now i have a whole world of options. What would you guys monitor. I can do up to 8 PID's and figure i should use them all.

I also do geartcl, ficm volts, icp and mph just to fill the screen.

I have the 3 gauge setup on my cts with the two smaller gauges on the sides (5 total)

I do ECT, EGT, EOT, FICM, And trans temp.
