low voltage reading

when i start my truck up the battery voltage on my cts shows about 12.4 after about 30 seconds i belive the glow plugs turn off the voltage goes up to about 13.4 to 13.6. Then after about 10 to 15 mins of driving the cts shows it about 13.2 to 12.9. I replace the batteries about 10 months ago and then replace them a couple of days ago with the same readings. Is this normal or is something going south on me

I thought it should charge to 14v but with the stock alt only getting too 13.6 is normal. When you are not charging past 13.0v I would then start to worry.
