Air bags for a lifted Excursion
I am looking at getting some air bags for the Ex and I have about 3" lift...I think.
What would be the best plan of attack. Go and buy a set for an 04 F-250 and figure out some spacers after? Or is there a better way to go about this. Ideas and pics of bags on lifted or leveled trucks would be of great help. Thanks |

I am also looking for pics of the air bags installed, to see how the installation should look.

I have been looking at firestone and air lift, I am wondering if I should get a kit for the Excursion and make any modifications for the lift...or get a kit for a lifted F-250.

How heavy are you towing..have you done the V and modded B codes?..Modded B's won't sag hardly any even towing a heavy tong 7k+ trailer..

I sent you pictures about a year ago...but probably don't remember them, they took and added a thicker leaf to each spring pack and some shackles, I think. So for now I was just going to get the air bags for this summer as I am going on vacation in a week. I am 9820 fully loaded how would the modded B's hold up to that?
