How do the wire conecters come apart??

I'm putting in a Sinister EGR delete kit so I'm taking her all apart. All though it isn't easy it hasn't been as hard as I thought. However for the life of me i can't get these wire conectors apart (see picture) I assume I take that little red tab out. I already did and it was no help. I am stumped. i actually got th Turbo out before I was able to even begin to ge them apart. Is there a trick??
