No power to HVAC controls

The whole dash unit is out I checked the minifuse but still nothing, is there a relay im missing?
05 250ccsb with steering wheel control

flip on and off your head lights 3 times all the way to the left then all the way to the right. There is relay that get stuck.

I dont F'n believe it ,I turned the lights on 1 time and the whole cluster came back to life. Now if the cruise control will fix the ficm ,im all set

If life were only that simple..

Get a new/rebuilt FICM from swamps diesel.
