Digital or Analog?
What do you all think? I'm going to be doing a 4 gauge pillar and Glowshift gauges. I'm torn between the red digital gauges or white analog. For what its worth I'm putting in EOT, ECT, and fuel pressure for sure. I'm torn on the last gauge. Thanks

I went with the white 3 in one as I wanted to keep my grab handle. Added a Edge to read PID's. The analog is Pyro, and boost, & trans temp are digital. Have ECT and EOT always on the Edge and move the 3rd one between FICM volts, Injector pressure. If you tow I would suggest Pyro for you 4th gauge.

Just remember you get what you pay for with the glowshifts. Alot of people have good luck with them and alot dont. Mine work great till 1 month after the 1 year warranty was up and now I have 2 dead gauges. Im gonna get a Edge CTS when I decide to spend the money, that might be a route to check in to since you want to monitor so many different things.

Thanks guys. I know about the Glowshifts and I'm kind of wary of them too, but eventually I'll probably get autometers. I'm just trying to supplement the gauges that my Livewire doesn't have.

Have you checked out Dakota Digital? I have four of them which give me nine inputs to keep an eye on or switch to watching just one input per gauge.

At the time, which was in '08, I was communicating with Scott. I didn't just do a single order but I ordered a couple gauges, installed them and over a time period of about a year I ordered many more because I liked them so much. Scott at DD was always helpful and always responded quickly to my many emails. I sent down an anolog HPOP gauge which were able to copy without me having to wait weeks for it to show up. One of my gauges went flaky well past the warranty period and DD repaired it free of charge. I would give DD high marks in customer service and in product quality.

I also looked at glowshift and others but I wanted more then four inputs to look at and I didn't want to have a crap load of gauges plastered all over my truck making it look like the inside of a CF-18!!!
