High Pressure Oil Crossover Line

03-07 6.0L Ford Powerstroke Diesel oil crossover line | eBay

Has anyone done this mod? Any problems, concerns, experience? Is it worth doing?

Lastly, would it be possible to change my ICP sensor on my '03 to the newer one in the valve cover? Would it require the newer style high pressure oil rail?

Doug

Could you explain your reasoning?

I'd like to here from someone who has actually done the modification and can answer the other questions as well.

If it wasn't a waste of money, don't you think they would have sold more than 1?
They have been on fleabay for around 2 months with that creation. They have also been on the forums, this one included.
Here is teir brilliant marketing strategy.
There are two guys that make up that "company" which is likely nothing more that a corner in their garage.
One guy comes on here (this has happened twice, same 2 guys) and plays like this new product is better than sliced bread. It will cure what ills your 6.0 blah blah blah.
People figure out what he is doing by simply doing a quick forum search on other forums where they pulled the same crap. Someone confronts the first guy, and guy #2 magically appears to defend the product as not being smoke and mirrors shined with snake oil. More confrontation ensued, guy # 1 and guy #2 can no longer pull the wool over on the moderators (their marketing scheme is against forum rules) and the thread gets deleted. Save your cash.

I don't think you can simply swap in the "wavy" oil rail. Its a whole lot more involved than that.

It would be quite a bit of work and expense to move the ICP sensor to the valve cover. It's doable but not worth the expense IMHO.
