Startup coolant/oil temps

Never paid any attention until this am, but there was a 1-3* difference between oil/coolant before startup.. I know its probably silly, and im not losing any sleep over it since trucks running great. Is this what you guys are seeing? Normal?

Temps seem to be ok also at operating temp. Just curious!!
