Egr cooler delete ?

I just received my egr delete and I am waiting for my new oil cooler. Would it be better to install at the same time? Do a lot of the same items have to be removed for installation? Advice is greatly appreciated.

what is your delta (difference between oil temp and coolant temp at highway speeds after the truck is thoroughly warmed up)? If it is only a few degrees, I wouldn't change the oil cooler.
