ford esp plans

Who has a ford esp plan? Are they worth the paper they are printed on? What looked at during the inspection?

I have the 13 point 7year 200K mile plan. Picked it up when I bought the truck with 97K miles. It was $1500 or $1600 from my dealer. Doesn't cover a lot, but the stuff it does cover is expensive on it's own, and it has already paid for itself in less than a year. Have not had one issue using it.
