Good dsl tech/shop or dealer in northeast?

Still trying to decide... used low mile 6.4 or 6.0. Anyway, here in central (nowhere) PA (Northumberland County area)... I don't have the greatest confidence in the local dealers... If I go with either of these engines... I would sleep better and have more confidence in my purchase of a used diesel if I knew of a highly competent shop/dealer/tech here in the northeast (PA or adjacent states) with a lot 6.0 and 6.4 experience... any recommendations?
