Coolant flush? Should I?

I have a stupid question, but it never hurts to ask i guess. Has anyone ever had a problem with a coolant flush? I want to change over to a ELC after 57,000 miles on the cold garbage. I wish i wouldn't of waited that long but now is better then never.

You're going to get a lot of mixed feelings here.

I for one did the ELC changeover along with a Restore/VC-9 flush. So far so good; Everything seems normal.

Some will argue that it will clog your oil cooler after doing the flush. I've not personally experienced this, so I can't comment.

Personally; Anything you do that gets the Gold coolant out of the truck is a good thing. The way I see it, What's worse? Replacing an oil cooler or replacing headgaskets/etc because the Ford Gold failed?
