Questions and Opinions on a good 4" lift

I am feeling the need to lift my truck for added clearance to get to some of the places that I end up needing to go.

I need to still be able to comfortably pull a gooseneck, so after a bit of research, looks like lots of people are doing this with 35s and a 4" lift no problem.

Any suggestions on a nicely priced, but still quality lift? I will never be off roading other than taking a trailer to the trailhead, so not really juiced on doing a 4 link right now. I will eventually for the nicer ride and flex, but not at this time. I will not stack rear blocks no matter what, so I need a kit with either one larger block or maybe an add a leaf? Not too concerned on ride quality back there taken away from an add a leaf.

Whatever lift I get, I am set on Bilstien shocks.

Also wheels and tires... I want classic looking wheels with the small holes in them, and ideally a little bit of a lip. Eagle makes some awesome ones but they are for the 99-04 trucks. I know the offset is wrong, but how wrong? anybody have pix of early superduty wheels on an 05+? Also, 35/12.5 too skinny looking on these trucks? Thats what I ran on my 86 but not sure what is the norm these days. I am open to suggestions on tires, a good A/T or M/T with load range D at least, E would be preferred.

If you have a 4" lifted truck or a truck with early superduty wheels that is 05+ PLEASE post pix!!! These are hard to find, I was searching all night!
