Possibly doing a 7.3 swap need tranny advice.
Tired of all the issues with the 6.0, never had an issue with my 7.3. Man i miss my Excursion. Anyways I have an oppertunity to pick up a 7.3 with 24,000 mis on it. Has everything except tranny, what tranny do I need or is there an adapter kit.
I know i could spend a good bit of money and build an awsome 6.0, but I need a good reliable work truck that i can count on. I travel a lot for work and don't want to have to have any doubt as to my truck, not to mention that money is tight and I need to get movin. Work is comin and comin hard.
