If you are have cold start problems most of the time it is the FICM this tell the injectors what they need to know cost of $300 to $1100 and new batteries about $220, so what year truck plus i would change the batteries Ford 100 month here

Do you have fresh fuel filter, Ford i hope run Syn oil 5w40 and Ford oil filter you can get them at Walmart 2016 Motorcraft you might try Rev-x 2 bottles with fresh oil they say it works wonders and cetane boost in the fuel i use the Ford stuff
