Turbo getting slower

I'm wondering if I need to clean my turbo again. It's taking longer and longer to spool, my EGT's seem higher, and my boost is down from 21 to 18. I don't have any new exhaust leaks (Y-Pipe and Up-Pipe were replaced recently).

Been reading up on the VGT Solenoid and cleaning doesn't seem to do much.

Anyone interested in an 03 Turbo trade

Turbo to IC Hot boot is new. Others inspected fine. At one point yesterday, I hit the throttle, the boost jumped to 21 as shown on the insight and the truck took off like a bat out of he11

Clean the EBP tube on the driver side exhaust manifoild. The VGT actuator gets some of it's commands based on the EBP sensor, if the tube is getting blocked from soot it can give false readings.

Yes all boots are good. I am hoping that I find a big exhaust leak off the Y or up pipe to give me my low boost. I am going to clean the turbo too.

I thought that the 2003's had inferred EBP, and the EBP sensor was no longer used?
