Steering Stabilizer

What year did Ford start putting on steering stabilizers on these 6.0 trucks? I have a 2004 4x4 F350 CC DRW with the leaf springs in the front (no coil spring). And while I've been doing some heavy duty maintenance on her the past few weeks, I figured I'd replace the steering stabilizer....but there isn't one! Or am I just blind?

uhhh my 04 has one, my old 90 had one to, dont know why there wouldnt be one, 95, 96, 99, 01, 02,03, 06, 07, and 08 just by looking quickly all seem to have them

My early 99 F250 CC PSD 4x4 did not have one.

My '04 F-250 has the FX4 OFFROAD Package and has the steering damper...............My son's '01 V-10 F-250 (No OFFROAD Pkg) does as well, go figure?

My 03 FX4 has one, which probably needs replacing too.

Both my 2006 and 2004 PSD's had steering stabilizers.
