OBS switching to 6.oh

Hey guys! I am a current OBS owner and have found an 06 6.0L truck for what I feel is a great price.

My questions are:

Is $16,900 a good price for a 2006 F250 Lariat CC 4x4 with 119,000 miles?

It is loaded to the gills, clean title, and I would be the 3rd owner. This is a virgin truck, no exhaust, intake, tuner, etc.....STOCK AS A ROCK. Looks to be in very good condition.

Is the EGR and Oil Cooler systems on this truck the only things I could have potential problems with??

And how much $ does it take to make these motors good and completely reliable?

$1500 minumum is my guess. Atleast that is what I have into mine right now. You will love towing with the 6.0 compared to the OBS, that is what I used to have.

That is what it has cost me with me doing it all myself. And yes, that is not a bad price for the truck, especially if you know the history of it.
