hello guys. i am looking for the best up pipe out there. mine is cracked. i read on here that some ore better than others and am currently looking at the RCD one.
also, do we get a discount on ford parts from someone here i looked around and have not found one yet. i am looking to get new 2011 rear stock springs as i hear they ride better than the 08-10 ones.

If you are talking about the y-pipe, I have the Elite Diesel one and like it a lot.

They can still help. In my opinion its worth a phonecall, But for rear springs you might do better at a local spring shop (if they have the measurements).
I have purchased every replacement part from them since I bought my truck. I have done some comparisons on a few parts. One is the y-pipe. Local to me here in "the big city" price was over $600, price from a Ford dealer in New Hampshire (where I go frequently) was over $550. Tousley price, $158.

here is why i am looking for a up pipe. i had a wicked squeal like the blades of the turbine were rubbing the exhaust housing. i pulled the turbo and rebuilt it but also found this gremlin.

i am going to order an RCD up pipe cause they are only 85 bucks. i will weld mine up till it gets here then change it out.

so anyway, on to the springs. i phoned the local dealer here in canada and each spring was 735 dollars. i priced it at ford parts online and they were 349 a piece. i still have to call this other dealer you talk of tomorrow but i know i wont be buying them in canada!!
thanks guys

I think NYC was suggesting you call a local spring shop ... having a spring pack made will probably be cheaper than importing ..

yeah i hear you but i have had bad luck with springs built by the shops around here anyway. they sag pretty bad after about a year. i am ok with the ford price from the states and i drive across to pick them up. otherwise it would not be worth it either.
