Installed 03 turbo today and now I have oil all over turbo

So I got the RCD EGR delete kit completed, and the 03 turbo done today. I went for a shake down run to check EOT and ECT and noticed some slight smoke coming from under the hood. I opened the hood and there looks to be oil all over the middle of the turbo. Is there a felt gasket that goes from the top oil line to the turbo? I didnt install one, but I did tighten it down pretty good. That is the only thing I can guess thats causing the oil issue.....any other thoughts?

Im pretty sure there should be a gasket, theres no way its gonna seal metal to metal unless it had an o-ring. If you dont have a gasket you could use some high heat silicon just dont over do it and get it in the oil supply.

Yea there is a felt gasket that goes in there.
When I put in my y-pipe I did not get it in right and had the same thing along with a nice oil line done my driveway.
