anyone do an 08+ shifter install on 6.0L? & overhead console install

JW, the shifter on our 6.0 is really sloppy, been reading about putting a new shift tube in the column but I was wondering if its possible to install the new style shifter in a 06 truck? Does anyone know whats different?

Also, does anyone know the part numbers to an overhead console to fit a 6.0 that does not have a console?
