Rev-X ?????

I am about 1000 miles away from my next oil change. I currently have 4 gallons of Rottela T on hand. When T is gone I will be changing to Rotella T-6. Question is do I add Rex-X to dino oil or wait until I switch to T-6? I know that I need 2 units of Rev-X on first application but do I add 1 unit to every oil change after that?

Wait till you change to the T-6. And you don't have to use Rev-X again until you have action again.

If it were me, I wouldn't be putting Dino oil in my truck, even if I had already bought it.

Unless you are having a major stiction issue right now I would definately wait.

If you are having issues... I would just change the oil early and then add the Rev-X.

Rev-X recommends 2 bottles to start and one bottle on subsequent changes according to the website.

I would save the dino for the lawnmower and get some T6.

Hmmm...i was told differently, but either way, i'm still gonna use 2 bottles at every change. Been doing it for nearly 3 years with no issues.

Didn't see anything on their site about recommending one bottle after the initial two at every oil change after. I just states that it is neccessary to use it in every oil change. I contacted them and they said to use two at every fill up because of the oil capacity.
