Insight cs numbers?

So i bought my 04 in 07 with 36,000 on her and have about 86,000. i have ran the PPE programmer most of them miles with no problems. I got the insight in Dec. and have not been able to do any test tell a few days ago.
what i got plugged in is 80hp and about 148ftp and did the 0 to 60 test and i was 8.0sec and 418ftp did it one more time 8.3s and 436ftp. removed the ppe set to stock and this is what i got 8.8 at 465ftp 2nd time 8.9 at 468. So my question is, is the insight cs pretty close on the #'s it displays and if so that means i have been running this truck with less ftp then stock this hole time but maybe more hp witch i could really care less about. I thought i may have been having some problems i could not read my codes anymore on the truck. I called PPE they said i have the old style and they would give me a credit on this one for a new one.
Does anyone run the PPE in there truck and how does it do? They say 2 to 3 mpg, guaranteed! on any seating. Power Level HP Increase Torque Increase

Also all my test i did was with no power breaking, just stomped on the peddle.

For mods i have 4'' turbo back, had an afe intake but removed it and installed the stock one for the test and plan on leaving it with the stock filter. Thanks for any input.
