Can you check FICM with Edge Insight 83400

Just got the Edge Insight and I read the instructions, searched the PDF file for FICM and can't come up with anything. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mark

if its the new insight cs/cts you have to update it inorder to read the ficm voltage. once its updated you should see it in the list of parameters that you can monitor

The FICM PID is in Beta testing. You'll probably have to call Edge and have them send an update to your Fusion software to be able to read FICM. That's what I had to do for mine.

Not anymore, I went to update mine week ago and they already had the fix for the '03-'04 6.0's in Fusion.

I think that model is the older, non-color screen units. To my knowledge Edge is not updating those older units for the new PIDs (like FICM voltage).

You need to have the Insight CS or CTS (or the CS/CTS from the performance programers from Edge) to monitor the new PIDs.
