Tail light burnt out.

So I was driving and went to signal and noticed the signal light was flashing way faster then usuall. Got out at home and seen it was out. How hard is it to change it out ? Does the quick signal indicator mean it's shorted to ground ? Thanks as always

The quick signal indicator is to alert the driver their is a light burnt out. The turn signal flasher works off of how much load is on the flasher. So when a light burns out there is less load and the flasher flashes quicker. And the tailight bulbs are simple to change. I think theres only 2 screws and they pop out.
