Ford Dieselcare?

Bought my truck about a month ago its a 07 with 129000 miles on it. I read online that to be eligible you need to have less than 100,000 miles on it, Have any of you guys had any experience with this and do they make any exceptions?

Ford Extended Warranty - Genuine Ford ESP

Thanks in advance guys

Sorry but you don't qualify. I have that warranty and it is awsome. I had it on my 05 and it more than paid for itself.

dieselcare is a nice piece of mind but you need to have spotless maintenance records to even have a chance at coverage, even then warranty claims are highly scrutinized, I've had more problems with diesel ESP claims than anything.

I can't remember the exact details but i was offered diesel care on my truck(which was out of diesel engine powertrain by time not mileage). as much as i would have liked to get paid to work on my own vehicle i passed on it. really it only lasts for 7 years/200k so i didn't see it as much of a value due to the lower mileage vehicle i purchased

Well it really boils down to this;

Ford has had problems with all the warranty 6.0 work being done, its been costly and im sure they would wash their hands from it if they could. So, do you think its to their advantage to sell you a 2k$ warranty only to put close to triple(probably conservative) that in it at a minimum in the designated miles? I suspect they're gonna politely tell you..., "I'm sorry".
