Got the truck back!

So I finally got my truck back new head gaskets arp studs new egr cooler( not my choice) rebuilt oil cooler. New battery. Turbo is so friggn loud now lol only problem is it cranks so long. When it's cold it's not bad buy when warm it's almost impossible. I'm guessing icp sensor how hard is thT to change?

Depends on the year of the motor.
Early build=PIA
Late build= OK

Have you tested the FICM?

I would see what kind of HPO pressures you're running. Could be a bad STC fitting or dummy plug if the issue arises mostly when its at operating temp

Talked to my buddy who works at ford he said the reason it won't crank over right away is cause one battery is dead lol it needs 550 psi from the heui pump to fire the injectors.

I would get BOTH batteries replaced ASAP before you smoke that FICM, if it's not already toast
