Help With Cooling Fan

I have a question about the cooling fan, I know that it is clutch and electronically activated. I was in the middle of a 4 hour drive pulling a 12' enclosed with 4 race bikes first half interstate about 60 degree's out some hills and longer climbs about 75mph auto temp control on with ac setting was very humid out. Running IDP tow tune. Mods are what is in my signature, normal egt's, temp originally about 194-196, highest was 202 in traffic for an accident and about 3 hours into the trip I accelerate and notice my truck sounds like a peterbuilt now. Fan will not disengage, upon start it is on and shut down. Tried loading stock tune, no help. Spartan Hybrid Race no help. What will by my trouble shooting technique for this as I have no idea and don't want to go to the dealer. Thanks In advance

Andy
