New ICP....bad?

In January I replaced the ICP sensor due to consistent 2285. I replaced both the sensor and then the pigtail. About a month ago I replaced the FICM due to low voltage and bad mileage. Well now the 2285 is back, did I get a bad new ICP sensor? I have a pressure gauge and some hydraulic line and plan on checking the HPO to see if the ICP is bad or not. Before this it was runnin great, no issues what so ever. Now the 2285 is accompanied by a rompy rolling idle and stutter or miss at light throttle.
