EGR delete first? or coolant flush first?

I'm hoping my egr delete will be here by next weekend. but should I flush before a delete. or after? I've had a DYI coolant filter on for about 32,000 miles I'm at 65,000 now and I have cut open ever filter and found nothing. but I still want to do a flush. now I know that this is a heated debate. but I live in the arm pit of the world as far as access to well stocked auto parts stores. I have found the Zerex G05 in a 50/50 mix but have not come a cross any of the concentrate. so In fear of dragging up some bad feelings about coolant could some of you list brand name and maybe were to get a good coolant fluid and maybe a link to a good step by step SOP on doing a flush
