Old edge insight question
Ok I have had this for about 6 months egt's have worked the while time and they worked yesterday. Come out today and in the egt spot it says N/A. Does anyone have any idea what this may be or could have caused it?
Any help would be much appriceated! |

Mine does the same thing sometimes. Unplug then hook it back up and it will eventually start working

With the truck off, re-seat the Insight cable at the OBII port. If that doesn't work, then re-seat it with the truck running. Had this awhile back with my Evolution giving me an error on my trans temp and this fixed it.

Tired unplugging key on and off still nothing! I guess I will call edge tommrow... If I can't get it to work and edge can't tell me something I may just get a pyro gauge?

Unplug the EGT probe from the OBD cable. Blow it out, and plug it back it. Make sure to plug it back in the correct way, as it is easy to plug it in sideways.
Mine did the same thing about six months ago while driving don the road, blew out all the dust and it was good to go. |
