ARP torque spec

I have read the sticky for the new "recommendations" for torquing the head studs in. I see that it says follow fords torque sequence but it says do it in three steps ending with 210 ft lbs. My question is that have any of you guys followed this procedure before? Or should I just follow the old procedure ending in 245 ft lbs?

What they mean is follow the Ford torque sequence, but stop at 210 ft lbs. These are the new instructions from ARP. They changed their thread lube, so now they say 210. However, if you buy a new set of ARPs but they are old stock, it may still come with the old lube, and the instructions may still say 245 or whatever. Basically, follow the ARP instructions. They know best.
