2006 6.0L shortcommings?

What common 6.0L problems were still not addressed on a March 27, 2006 truck build date? HPOP fittings or ???

The International decal on the valve cover said 2006. I remember seeing that. And specifics is what I'd need because I'd make a master list of everything and anything...and put them together in groups so I cold knock them out during weekend "garage-athons" so to speak. I'm the type that I'd want to make it right...and nothing else. No mods except an exhaust system and perhaps an air intake. I'm perfectly happy with stock power.
