What I want to know is what exactly puking coolant mean?? I am no diesel mechanic and I am confused at what this term means

Where you fill up your coolant at is a Degas bottle. When coolant shoots out of the Degas bottle cap.... Puking!

alright thats kind of what i thought mines not doing it but i was just curious about the term.
