Lug patterns are the same from 99+. Offset changed in 05 because the went with coil springs and bigger brakes. On the 99-04 trucks, the factory 05+ wheels stick farther in.

Because the coil spring front end is a better setup that the leaf spring setup on the pre 05 trucks.
