The Gold will cause the oil cooler to clog which restricts flow to the EGR cooler and blows the EGR cooler and/or head gaskets. Flush system with Restore and Restore Plus, refill system with a CAT certified ELC coolant with an EC-1 rating and distilled water.

The green you flushed would have been a much more severe problem, but the gold is still not correct. Ford will never admit it, but they alone with their poor coolant choice inflicted this massively bad reputation on a great engine.
