Fuel mileage comparisons.. Need input
I have a 2005 EX with a Brute Force intake and just an Edge Evolution. We went on vacation to Florida from Indianapolis thru the mountains. I filled up in Indy and then again just on the south side of Atlanta. My manual calculations showed 17.1 MPG... How is this compared to your guys hiway mileage? This was running about 72-75 MPH...

I'm not an Ex. but running that same speed to Gatlinburg, TN. I averaged around 20-20.2 with my SCT and x-race file.

i averaged around 17mpg but it was a short 150-200ish mile round trip picking up a ranch hand bumper off a fellow member, plus it was pretty flat Delaware - South East PA driving, cruise set at 70, but with some stop and go traffic when not on the HWY/INTERSTATE due to "rush hour". havent done any real trips with it since I just got it at the end of January and havent completed it's "bullet proofing". although as of lately, my MPG has decreased significantly....but thats because I installed a 4" Turbo back staight piped exhaust and cant keep my foot out of the go pedal.

I drove last summer from DE to TN towing a small jon boat. I got 17.0-17.5 hand calc MPG. We're doing the same trip this June and I am hoping that my MBRP and not pulling the boat will give me a little more. We'll see...

Maybe I need to run to Bloomington and load your program into mine and see how much different it runs.. Wondering if my Edge just isnt doing the job...

I'd let you if the strategy was the same. Probably have different strategies and 03-04 tunes don't work on 05+ and vice versa.
