No Start.... Please Help.
Put your thinking cap on. 2004 F250 6.0 (manf 01/04) it has 152,xxx. At 150,xxx he complete rebuilt it thank to the wonderful EGR. New Rods, rings, barings, gaskets, egr ($2,300.00 in parts and fluid).....ran like a top. Then, last weekend, after working and pulling like a champ.... NO Start. After driving it....it DOES NOT START. Then, he checks the FICM...41...we take it off it has 4 pins. We order a rebuilt/programed one.... it comes in and it has 7 pins. He installs it... then it checks 48.6. NO START. Put a new fuel pump on...new CAM sensor and crank sensor. STILL NO START. What are we missing.... any ideas. I think that we are up to $3,500.00 within 8 mons on the truck. Thankfully, he VERY good with his hands in a motor. PLEASE HELP.
