Tips and tricks for removing motor?
Going to be taking my motor out soon, and wondering if you guys have any tricks to make things easier. Trans and t case are coming out (manual), and I am hoping to take the front clip off and not lifting the cab. How do you guys do it?

We pull em everyday at our dealership without removing the front clip. We've never lifted a cab yet for a 6.0L. Not many tricks to it, remove the intercooler and rad and lift er out just like any other engine. 6.4L...that's a whole nother kettle of fish.
Just make sure you got a good engine crane. |

The core support for the radiator etc. unbolts and can be removed so you don't have to lift the engine so high to take it out.
