Edge Insight install ????

Has anyone installed a Edge Insight CS or CTS to a 05 F-250 on the A pillar with the O SH*T handle? Does it fit under the handle or does the handle need to be removed?

I just used the windshield mount and pushed it low in the corner so the monitor is between the bottom of the handle and the top of the dash, I like it there because it is easy to read and wire, took me 10min and that includes reading the directions.

I have that mount too and cant get it in there. I posted on here a couple times but no one seems to know how to get it in there, or they wont reply anyways. I removed the bolts on the grab handle and it still wont come off. I tried the squeeze the panel and pull and it wont budge. I am ready to just bust it to pieces and buy a new one to put on. My monitor is dangleing by the wire and I dont want to use any other mount. Someone??
